I forgot to send some stems, may I send more?
Yes, please send to buddahvibes@gmail.com. Please state artist name, song name and label as “additional stems”.
How long will it take to receive my song or project?
Depending on your package. It can take 3-7 business days per song and 5-10 business days for EP/LP packages.
I only have my stems as MP3, is that okay?
Preferably, no. I would recommend to export your files as uncompressed (WAV, AIFF).
I need another revision for a song. How do I get another one?
Click on the add-ons tab in the “Online Mix and Master” section. Choose “Revisions”.
Can I send you my session file?
If you have your vocals recorded in Logic Pro X, you can send the session to me. I will continue where the session was left off.
How do I cancel? How much time do I have to cancel a payment?
You have 24 hours to cancel your purchase so please contact Buddahvibes at your earliest convenience.
